- Year of Birth
- Gender
- Postcode
- Country

Your data may be shared with partnered shops to enhance the receipt experience and analytics.

To improve the functionality and user experience of the Crumple app, we may capture and process analytical data such as user interactions, app usage patterns, and receipt-related activities. The collected data is analyzed to optimize app performance, personalize features, and provide insights to partnered shops for improving their services. All data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws to ensure user privacy is safeguarded.
We can access data at anytime to help in diagnosing bugs and improving our services and for investigation and prevention of fraudulent activity.

Partnered shops will provide digital receipts through the App.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of receipts provided by third-party partners.
Any disputes regarding purchases or receipts must be resolved directly with the respective shop.
Analytical data will be processed and shared via analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology within the App are owned by Crumple Receipts Ltd or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify the App without our express permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
